Who is This Man? The Alpha and Omega

Jesus claims to be the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. This communicates glory, authority, eternality. But we frequently feel limited, that our circumstances are beyond our capabilities. We need to know what someone is in total control, who is on our side. That someone is Jesus.

Jesus is our cornerstone. A cornerstone is the first stone in the foundation of a building and sets the direction and the stability of whole structure. Jesus is the only trustworthy foundation for our lives.

We interpret our world through our senses. Our sight, touch, hearing, etc, are the doors through which we experience that life is good or bad. From the very beginning, God has wanted a good life experience for all of us but that does not always seem to be our reality.
