A Moment of Truth (I John 1:5-2:2)
Sunday, August 26, 2018
There are many ways Christianity is unique (grace, Jesus is alive, God reached down to earth for us), but I John shows that it also takes the nature of God and sin very seriously. The light of God and the darkness of sin cannot coexist. But with Jesus, there is a solution.

Secure and Confident in our Faith (I John 1:1-4)
Sunday, August 19, 2018
While I John can be difficult to understand in depth, it is clear from it that what God wants is for us to be secure and confident in our faith. The first four verses in the book shows us what made John confident and what is important in the gospel.

God, I Love You - The Lord's Prayer
Sunday, August 12, 2018
How do you tell God that you love Him? While there may be a lot of theology in the Lord's prayer (Matthew 6:5-15), in this final message on prayer, we see that it is a simple prayer that shows a quiet sincerity, expressing our love for God to Him.

Attitude Triage
Sunday, August 5, 2018
There is a crisis in how Christians view other people. One extreme is to call fire down on them - judgment. The other is extreme apathy - we're too busy to care. We need to realize that every person we meet is created by God in His image. There is much more to each person than what we see. In particular, we need to realize that they have a soul that will last for eternity.
